Caregiver Workshop

Mental health is everyone’s concern. If you are a caregiver for a loved one, you may experience stress in your life. In this workshop offered by the Saskatoon Council on Aging, you will learn the impacts of stress, practice tips and techniques to manage stress and receive resources and options to use on a daily basis. Refreshments will be served.
Also Forever…in motion exercises and group discussions.
